You are allowed to convert these skins so that they work with Zetaboards or any other forum software, for your own personal use only and not for reselling. Although you are allowed to remove the copyright for non-IFSZ skins, you are not allowed to change the copyright to stating that you or anyone else made it, unless you changed the skin enough so that all of the images and most of the color hexes are different. Your board getting shut down is a consequence of not following this rule. You are also not allowed to repost the CSS for any of Kman's skins, whether under his name or not, unless you have his permission.
